Returns, Exchange & Cancellations Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, please begin by contacting us via email customercare@viva-fitness.in immediately. Please provide as much information as you can about the problem, including your order number, product name and model number, and we will assist you for replacement for your product as per stock availability.
Note :- We donot accept returns on our products listed in www.viva-fitness.in
In case of Returning the existing order, customer had to bear with Return Shipping charges & Dismantling charges of product (if applicable)
Only Replacement will be done for the same ordered product or in case of upgradation, customer had to pay the remaining amount of product.
When the return of existing product arrives at our warehouse and inspections gets completed, we will ship the new product for you & update the tracking status via contact number or email id.
For bulk or customized orders, the cancellation, replacement, or returns is subject to approval by management.
Return Exceptions
In case the following conditions are not met Viva Fitness reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee or refuse the return.
1. The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of original purchase.
2. Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
3. The original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged and repacked properly to avoid transit damage.
4. Packaging must include all original items, manuals, any included gifts, etc.
5. Item if returned has to be in its original packing. Seller reserves the right to refuse to accept returns it's not in the original packing form.
Shipping charges
1. In case of Returning the order, we will arrange a pickup from your address & Freight charges to be borne by the customer i.e. from customer address to our origin.
2. Dismantling of product will be arranged by us and charges will be borne by customer.
3. Shipping Duration : 5 to 7days
Cancellations Policy:
A. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. The entire amount would be refunded to your account within 3 to 4 working days.If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
