Warranty

All Viva Fitness products are warranted to the original registered Product purchaser and the parts of the Viva Fitness product (the “Product”) listed below, under normal use and service, shall be free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials only for the period of time beginning from the original date of purchase set forth below.
Warranty coverage begins at the time the Consumer purchases the product and is non-transferable. Warranties are only valid within the INDIA, provided the equipment has been operated according to the instructions accompanying it. The warranty only applies to the product and does not include any accessories or enhancements or any cosmetics. All shipments that are delivered in original, new packaging are warranted to be free from defects in parts, materials, and workmanship.

Warranty Period on Treadmills :-

On AC Motor : 5 Years.    ||    DC Motor : 2 Years.

Frame : 2 Years.

On other Components : 1 Year.

Warranty Period on Other Machines :- 1 Year

We always recommends the use of a Stabilizer To Protect Your Treadmill from Voltage Fluctuation which is very common in India including metro cities like Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai others. This Voltage Fluctuation damages electrical appliances including Treadmill 

To & Fro Charges

1. If there is any requirement of spares , customers will be charged for the to and fro courier service.
2. If the replacement request is placed for any product,  to and fro charges will be applicable and the cost has to be borne by the customer
